Proven Industrial Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial/warehouse construction
- Demonstrated track record on projects of similar scope and scale (200,000+ SF)
- Experience with precast concrete tilt-up and structural steel construction
- Familiarity with NJ building codes, NJDEP regulations, and municipal inspection processes
Financial Strength
- Bonding capacity commensurate with project scope
- Audited or reviewed financial statements demonstrating fiscal responsibility
- Strong banking relationships and references from project owners
Quality & Safety Standards
- OSHA safety compliance backed by a documented safety program
- Experience Modification Rate (EMR) below 1.0
- Quality control program with documented inspection procedures
- Environmental compliance awareness and sustainable construction practices
Professional Operations
- Dedicated project management team with clear communication protocols
- Proficiency with modern project management and scheduling software

Prequalification Process
A straightforward path to becoming an approved Sanprinon Properties vendor
Initial Submission
Submit your company profile, qualifications package, references, and relevant project experience using our contact form or by emailing our construction management team directly. Include safety records, bonding capacity, and insurance certificates.
Review & Evaluation
Our construction management team reviews all submissions against our qualification criteria, including experience, financial capacity, safety record, and references. We conduct thorough reference checks with previous project owners and partners.
Prequalification Interview
Qualified firms are invited to meet with our development and construction team to discuss capabilities, project approach, and alignment with Sanprinon Properties' quality standards. This is an opportunity to tour active projects and understand our expectations.
Approved Vendor List
Firms that successfully complete the prequalification process are added to our Approved Vendor List and will be invited to bid on upcoming projects that match their capabilities and capacity. Requalification is conducted annually.
