We seek design partners with demonstrated experience in industrial and logistics facility design. Understanding what warehouse and distribution tenants need from a building, including dock configurations, clear height, truck court geometry, and cross-dock efficiency, is essential to delivering product that meets institutional standards and tenant expectations.

Submission Requirements
Qualified firms should provide the following documentation
- Firm profile including history, ownership structure, and office locations
- Key personnel resumes for principals and project team members
- Portfolio of completed industrial projects (minimum 3 comparable projects)
- Client references from industrial real estate developers or owners
- Professional licenses and certifications (NJ registered architect/PE)
- Professional liability insurance certificate (minimum $2M per occurrence)
- Current fee schedule or rate structure
- Capacity analysis demonstrating ability to meet project timelines
